1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of fansseeker.com, run by the administrator of the fansseeker.com service. You can reach us at [email protected]. By using the site or creating an account, you accept these terms.
2. Adults only
You must be at least 18 years old, and of legal age where you live, to use FansSeeker. Creators must pass our age and identity verification before a listing is published.
3. What FansSeeker is
FansSeeker is an independent directory of OnlyFans creators who list themselves. We do not host adult content, we do not sell creator content and we are not affiliated with OnlyFans. Links on cards lead to third party platforms whose own terms apply.
4. Fans
Fans can browse without an account. You may not copy, scrape or redistribute cards, use the directory to identify or contact a creator outside the channels she chose, or harass creators.
5. Creator accounts and listings
You may list only yourself, or, as an agency, creators who have given their consent and complete their own verification. Your listing must be accurate, and you must own the OnlyFans page it links to. You are responsible for keeping your login safe.
6. Verification
Before a listing goes live, the creator completes an ID document check, a liveness selfie and a page ownership check with a one time code placed in her OnlyFans bio. We may pause a listing and ask for verification again if a report or a change raises doubts.
7. Content rules
Cover photos and bios must be non explicit. Not allowed: nudity or sexual acts, anyone other than the creator without their consent, content you don't own, leaked or reposted material, words that suggest anyone underage, personal data of other people, and misleading prices or claims.
8. Licence to display
You keep all rights to your photos and text. You give us a non exclusive licence to display them on FansSeeker and in the site's own channels and newsletter for as long as your listing is active.
9. Plans and billing
Plans are subscriptions billed monthly or yearly in US dollars and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown on the pricing page. Upgrades take effect right away and the difference is charged at once. Switching from monthly to yearly billing also starts right away, and the difference for the remaining period is charged at once. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal. One subscription covers one creator profile, or up to 10 profiles on the Agency plan.
10. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel any time in your dashboard. Your listing stays live until the end of the paid period. Payments are final except as described in our refund policy.
11. Removal and suspension
You can remove your listing at any time. We may remove a listing or close an account that breaks these terms, fails verification or puts other people at risk. Reports and takedown requests go to [email protected].
12. No guarantees of results
Stats show clicks your card received. We don't promise any number of clicks, subscribers or earnings.
13. Liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for what happens on third party platforms you reach through a card. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
14. Changes
We may change these terms. If a change affects paid plans, we email account holders before it applies.
