Refund policy

Last updated October 19, 2026.

Payments are final

FansSeeker plans are subscriptions for a verified listing and placement in the directory. Because your card can be built, previewed and checked in full before you pay, all plan payments are final and non refundable, including partially used periods.

Cancelling your plan

You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancelling stops the next renewal. It does not refund a payment already taken, and your listing stays live until the end of the period you paid for.

When we do refund

  • Duplicate charge: you were billed twice for the same plan and period
  • Unauthorized charge: a payment you can show you did not make or approve
  • Complete failure of the service: your listing could not be published for the whole paid period because of a fault on our side

To ask for a refund under one of these exceptions, email [email protected] within 30 days of the charge with your account email and the date and amount.

Downgrades and plan changes

Moving to a lower plan takes effect at your next renewal. No partial refund is paid for the higher plan.

Removed listings

If a listing is removed because it breaks our terms, for example a fake identity or explicit cover photo, the payment is not refunded.

Consumers in the EU and UK

If you live in the EU or the UK, you have a 14 day right to withdraw from a digital service contract. When you ask us to publish your listing straight away and confirm that you lose this right once the service starts, the right of withdrawal ends when your listing goes live. If you have not given that consent, you can withdraw within 14 days and we refund the payment.
